Before you submit your site, make sure that you have selected the correct profile and applied the correct filter. Once filter is applied, your selected sites will appear in the site list box. Submission is straight forward:
On the Sites list [Double Click] the site you want to submit to
Alternatively, [Click] on the site and [Right Click] on it to display the context menu. Choose Go to Site Domain or Go to Submit URL if enabled.

Clicking] on the site will either brings you to the home page of the site or
directly to the submit page depending on the availability of submit page.
Click on the Fill button from the right-top corner of the screen (see the figure above). And you are done. Well almost. There can be some information that you may have to fill-in manually. Before you click on the submit button on the web page to post your entries, do complete those manual entries if needed.
Finally press the site specific submit button on the webpage.
Note that Go to Site Domain, Go to Submit URL functions can also be performed by clicking on Go and Add buttons left of the Fill button (shown in the figure above). For a demonstration of site submission in a more detail please click on the following link.
