You may freely distribute the "freeware" version of Dicom 4.0 to any public web site, without explicitly obtaining the authors permission, provided you do not separate or alter the component files of the archive file. (Notification would be greatly appreciated though!). The software is not in the public domain. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer or incorporate into another work the software or its components. If you wish to distribute the Dicom 4.0 by any other means (i.e. if you want to include it on a CD or any other software media) then the EXPRESS PERMISSION of the author is REQUIRED.
You may use the software for a trial period of 90 days. If you wish to continue using Dicom 4.0 after 90 days you need to register the product. There is no charge for registration. Registration allows the author to keep you posted on developments of the software and helps to plan further development. The information you supply is not made available to any third parties.
